Step 3: In the upload area to the right, enter your email address and your customer ID number. Then click the "Select File(s) to Upload" button and find your zip file(s). Once your uploads are complete, you will receive a confirmation onscreen and via email that your file was uploaded successfully. Depending on your file size and internet connection uploading may take significant time. It is highly recommended that you have a high speed internet connection to upload your pictures.
Important notes:
i) Your zip file size may not exceed 1.5 GB (1500 MB). If your zip file exceeds 1.5 GB, you may create multiple zip files (to upload one at a time) or simply reduce the size of your images. There are many software programs available that can resize a group of pictures with a single button press.
A free batch resizing program can be downloaded here: PIX Resizer* *PIX Resizer is designed to create a new set of smaller files, however it is always a good idea to have an external backup (or second copy) of your photos.
ii) Images may only be in jpg, tiff, or bmp formats. Cell images should be at least 640x480 pixels or at least 100 dpi. Your source image should be kept at full resolution (or at least 600x400 pixels or 150dpi). Both color and grayscale images are acceptable.
iii) If you do not wish to upload your pictures, you may send us a picture CD (click here).
