To celebrate The Backstreet Boys almost 3 decade career, The Grammy Museum has opened “a one-of-a-kind fan experience”  the exhibit, Backstreet Boys: The Experience. As part of the exhibit, Picture Mosaics has leased its Live Print Mosaic System and Pro X1 Social Printer to bring together the group with its thousands of fans!

Products & Services – How we provided the wow factor

Live Print Mosaic

  • Guests’ photos were printed onsite giving them the opportunity to hand place their picture in the photo mosaic mural
  • At the bottom of each image, there are large coordinates, which gives the guests the opportunity to easily hand place their picture in the photo mosaic mural.
  • Our Live Print Mosaic system is the only solution in the world that creates TRUE mosaics as compared to systems that superimpose the main image.

Mosaic Mural Creation

  • Using a dual processing technique to analyze photos for colors and shapes, we placed each photo in its optimal location for the best overall appearance. Every guest photo submitted was used.

Submission Options

Hashtag Submissions

      • Participants submitted Twitter and Instagram photos using a hashtag (e.g. #BSBMosaic)
      • Captured: name, photo, and tweet/caption (public profiles only)

Onsite Photos

    • In booth photographer or roamed throughout event area
    • Web app for iPad customized for stationary or roaming photo submissions
    • Participant information captured (name, email, etc.) during submission process

Enhanced Photo Sharing on Social Networks

  • An email sent to the participants provided them with share images, so that they could easily post their image to Facebook and Twitter

  • Emails were sent to all of the participants with their image and an image of the completed mosaic
  • Participants filled out data on the iPad including name and email.

Onsite Photo Printing

    • Each submitted photo was printed instantly by our high-speed, automated adhesive photo printers

Branded Photo Takeaway Prints

      • Each user received an instant, custom branded print of their photo
        High resolution 2″ x 2″ prints
