For this past IMEX, Disney Meetings and Events included a Live Sketch Mosaic in their booth to engage all of their guests and to attract guests. Attendees were encouraged to participate by taking their photo on one of the iPad kiosks, having their photo sketched on a 4×6 and adding a sticker with their sketch to the mosaic grid. After taking their photo, the attendees’ sketch is drawn in less than 60 seconds and their 2×2 sketch is printed from one of our Pro X1 printers in a matter of seconds. In addition to the 4×6 takeaway, guests received a custom email with an animated gif of their sketch.
Guests enjoyed taking photos and videos of the SketchBot in action as their image was being drawn. Many then shared with their followers on social media!
SketchBot Mosaics use the latest AI and machine learning technology to create simple, one of a kind line drawings of event guests. Guests had their photo taken by a brand ambassador, which was then instantly analyzed by the mosaic system and sketched right before their eyes.
SketchBot Mosaics are a great addition to any live event. Contact us today and see how they can be incorporated into your next event!
